Bohemian Paradise E-mail

Most of my photos were taken in the Bohemian Paradise and its surroundings. It's because I llive here, next to the Kozakov Hill. If someone asks me, where do I come from, I always answer, that from paradise... And it is true. The Bohemian Paradise is situated nearly one hundred kilometers to the northeast from Prague. The extraordinary diversity of the landscape with characteristic sandstone rock towns, fauna and flora was the main reason for proclaiming the region the first protected area in the then republic in 1955.

There are two bigger cities - Turnov and Lomnice. I studied high school in Turnov for eight years and also I lived there for thirteen years, before I moved to small village under Kozakov Hill. Turnov city is often called as a "heart" of the Bohemian Paradise. Lomnice is situated on the border of the Bohemian Paradise and is important to me because my love lives there. There are beautiful views of Giant Mountains and one watchtover on the Tabor Hill next to Lomnice.

If you visit Bohemian Paradise, you can use an accommodation in Sedmihorky camp, or you can try Pension Sedmihorky, people are there friendly and you will be satisfied...
